Go with the Flow.: Pain and cramping in the toes and feet, that increases with foot elevation, is a good reason to see your doctor. A vascular evaluation is need to assess the blood flow to your feet. The earliest signs are often described in a similar way. If the flow is normal, great, then move on to another cause.
