I am on dose 2 of macrobid for uti &making my oral thrush worse. i am waiting to see id for thrush treatment but appt is 1 mth - do i stop macrobid?

Maybe: If your urinary tract symptoms are still present, then you need to continue the macrobid. However, macrobid rarely causes thrush. If you truly have thrush, there may be another cause. You should see your PCP or try to move your appointment up or see a different ID doctor.

Can UTI cause hip/back pain? Took cefdinir for UTI all pain gone. No bacteria in urinalysis and no growth culture but took one dose macrobid two days prior. 0-2 RBC, 21-50 WBC, leuko erat +. All else neg. Have trapped stone and on warfarin.
Uti, Bactrim didn't work.Wait on culture result. RX for Macrobid for 7 days. Day 5. No sympt except a new one: red tissue in urine only sometimes. Ok?
