Hi,i had a hysterectomy almost two years ago. i'm suspecting a slight uti/thrush. is spotting normal in this instance and what's the best treatment? i can't seem to get an appointment with my gp's?

Hysterectomy ?'s: If the hysterectomy was performed and the cervix was not removed, spotting can occur from cervical inflammation, or scar tissue at the vaginal incision at the vaginal apex. See your gyn physician for a discussion about your prior surgery and an exam/treatment.
