Why would a pelvic abcess keep returning even after taking flagly and cipro (ciprofloxacin)? can you do anything about it?

Going, going...: But not gone. It likely continues to recur because it has never completely resolved and will need interventional radiology to place a drain, or surgical washout. Other potential is some focal point / foreign matter (/etc.) that acts as start point for infection to recur.
