I'm 99% sure i have an ear infection in my left ear. what should i do or take? i'm allergic to penicillin, amoxicillin etc.

Depends on reaction: If you had a really severe reaction to the pcn family, then you could take a med like zithromax or Levofloxacin for your ear. If it was a minor, non-life threatening reaction (like my stomach got upset), then you would still be safe to use a cephalosporin antibiotic like Keflex or Omnicef (cefdinir) or their generic versions.
