Hello i a 44 yo male that had a stent (kidney to bladder for kidney stones) a week ago... it burns and itches constantly. and temp is 96.3. is this no?

Stent: Sounds like you have a double j stent and the tail in the bladder is irritating you. Suggest call the urologist and they can take a look with a cystosocope. Stent don't often irritate like you are feeling. Your temp is normal.

String Theory: Those things are very annoying. The less time one's in, the better. Did they tell you how long until they'll get rid of the stone and then take it out? It might be "forgotten"unless you ask.Then ask again. Your symptoms are probably skin irritation. But that's a set-up for an infection, so watch it closely. If on the outside, a little bit of steroid cream might help; on the inside? Try Benadryl (diphenhydramine).
