Uti? Pyelonephritis?: Your symptoms can be a few different things but the most concerning thing that ones to mind is pyelonephritis or an infection in your kidney which typically starts off as a urinary tract infection. Symptoms can be lower back pain, fever, chills, nausea, pain with urination, urgency with urination and frequency of urination. I would be seen by your doctor at your earliest convenience.
