Unrelated.: Your high WBC is not related to your abnormal PAP results. I would need to know more about your high WBC to give you some ideas about what could be causing it. Smoking can cause an elevated WBC. So can infection, inflammation, medication and certain cancers. Schedule a consult if you want more info! Good luck!
