You should take it on an empty stomach and wait at least 40 min. Before eating. Depending on how long your thyroid has been low, it may take more than 1 month for the TSH level to become normal, even if the dose is right.

No, not in 1 month: Hi. No, you will not have a stable response to l-thyroxine in 1 month. Give it 6-7 weeks. And in 6-7 weeks, I'm not saying your thyroid will be normal, all I'm saying is your response to 100 mcg will be STABLE. You might need more than 100 mcg (but probably not less). And after you deliver the baby, your Eltroxin dose may need to be lowered. Your doctor can easily manage all of this. Good luck!
