If Dental Cause....: I would definitely see a dentist to rule out whether a dental, TMJ, sinus, or potentially a more serious medical problem. If dental, it could be: a tooth abscess; a sinus/allergy problem putting pressure on teeth and affecting your bite which can lead to a clenching/grinding cause of the pain; stress induced clenching/grinding causing TMJD disorder.
