Concur, but these: are symptoms (which most of public & medical disease industry focus upon), not causes. Better to focus on causes & solutions. These all commonly interact; symptoms of unhappiness with your life. Suggest outline you specific daily/recurring stresses, dreams, studying, looking for solutions & help worthy of your trust. For many with back pain, John E Sarno & Robin McKenzie are extremely helpful.

Stress effects all.: Stress can affect everything from immune function, memory, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid and even our level of happiness and fulfillment. Life is too short not to enjoy each and every day. Stress gets in the way. It can even affect life expectancy. See your doctor or therapist or maybe even both and see about doing something to get the stress under control

Chronic stress: Your fatigue and low back discomfort may well be caused by chronic stress and tension. It is advisable to first get examined by your physician to rule out any other causes and then get a referral for stress management therapy.
