Severe phobia: Provided the glove was clean, you should be fine. However, I would wash my hands once if you are concerned regarding contamination. Additionally, if your severe phobias, hand washing, or other troubling thoughts are causing you to have difficulty getting your daily activities done, I would recommend seeing your doctor.

RELAX: Yes, the glove protected your hand. If a person has herpes on the lip it will NOT spread to any other area. Do you have herpes??? Most adults carry herpes type 1 but never have any symptoms. If you need to know if you are already a carrier, a blood test will tell you.
