Uti : Have you been checked for a uti? An lso would not cause leakage unless some unusual complication had occurred.

UTI vs OAB: The ovary is the red herring, so that's out. The urinary frequency and incontinence suggest a couple of big possibilities. The fact that it's only been 6 months makes me wonder about infection, but that's an awfully long time for UTI without progression. Rule out uti. Remove triggers (caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, spicy foods, chocolate, or other bladder irritants) for starters. Consider visiting fp.
