Without other signs?: Without other signs (high blood pressure, headaches, bleeding/bruising, pain, etc.) simply finding blood in the urine (especially microscopic blood, which is found on a urine test and not visible to the eye) is probably not much to worry about. The Ovarian torsion may be from"nutcracker" veins which heal on its own over 6 wks or so. Watch for high blood pressure, though, which can herald eclampsia
