It is not: a good idea to fly when your Eustachian tube is blocked. You will have pain because your ear cannot equalize the air pressures on the two sides of the eardrum, when the ambient air pressure changes during the flight. Use antihistamines and nasal sprays to get rid of blockage before your flight.
