Usually after cleaning my ears, one or both my ears somehow get blocked and i can't hear anything for a long time. what to do?

Possible: Impacted wax obstructing the ear canal. See your primary doctor. Ceruminolytic ear drops may be helpful with ear flush. Avoid try to clean ears by self.

Try using: Hydrogen peroxide once or twice a day a couple of drops each ear. It works on most of my paients.

See doctor: Are you cleaning them with q-tips ? If yes stop. You are pushing more was down against the eardrum which may be causing your problem nothing smaller than you elbow in your ear.
