Could a bruise on a toe have a bruise with an averse small black dot coming from it or it is another thing ? plz i need an answer thanks a lot :)

Black Dot.: The framing of your question is a bit hard to understand but any bruise can have darker and lighter colors of blue and black mixed in the bruise. The small black dot could be trapped blood or possibly a foreign body acquired at the time of the injury. If it seems a problem for you, then it is best to have it examined and remove all doubt.
