I had a total hysterectomy 3 weeks ago for early stage endometrial cancer, the surgeon also found an ovarian cyst. is this likely to be cancerous?

Possible: It's certainly possible that your cyst is malignant but not likely. The vast majority of ovarian cysts are benign. If you had the cyst removed, a pathology report would have been generated and will have the information you seek. Best of luck.
