Diet: The single most important thing is lifestyle. Diet: fresh fruits and veggies, limited added sugars and oils, very little if any meats or dairy, more beans and nuts. No smoking. Very rare alcohol. Daily exercise (doesn't have to be crazy strenuous). In addition to sunscreen, keep moisturized. Be mindful of good makeup brands and remove daily.
