Everything in: moderation. The excessive use of sun-screen is part of the reason for the epidemic of low vitamin D3. Unless you have a skin condition or are taking a medication that contraindicate sun, use sun screen reasonably when outdoors. Try to get 15-20 minutes sun exposure daily in short sleeves and shorts if possible. Peace and good health.
