See a dentist: It's quite possible that you have a residual infection. See the dentist who extracted the tooth. It's not uncommon for the adjacent tooth to be sore after an extraction. It can also just be some referred pain to the adjacent tooth as the body remodels and fills in the extraction site. You could also have a dry socket.

Get evaluated: It is quite possible it is just post-op pain from the procedure, but it could also be a root canal problem on the adjacent tooth. Have the pulp testes on this tooth. It may need a root canal.
