Delay: Often circumcision is delayed because of anatomical problems like a urethra being out of place, usually more forward and frequently associated with only a partial foreskin. Anything like this needs to be referred to a pediatric urologist. I'm not sure what she means about his line not being straight but if she feels uncomfortable, have him referred for reassessment. All the best.
