Talk to him and remo: ve the tablet. Also it is well known that if he is learning 2 languages simultaneously (Arabic and English) his spoken language will frequently be delayed. His receptive language will not be. So if you say to him bring me the red toy in either language without staring at the red toy he will go over and bring it to you. As long as he has good receptive language, do not worry!
