I have chills and fever even though it is 27c outside. my lab tests seem ok except for near the border value of erythrocytes and low potassium. ?

Fever and chills: Your symptoms are definitely of concern. First make sure you check your temperature daily and log in values, so that diurnal variation can be followed. Other symptoms will be critical since they can point towards specific organ involvement. Infections, autoimmune disorders and malignancies are to be ruled out. Work up should include cultures, autoimmune panel and associated symptom directed tests.
