F/U endocrine & rena: I would check with endocrinologist and nephrologist (kidney doc) and let them to take a look into your lab tests results to make some suggestions. Is your serum magnesium level is ok?.

Why low K tests: They may have not done the tests properly. For example when one tests a renin and aldosterone in blood it is imperative that they do a 24 hr urine on same day for Na, K and creatinine. They may not know how to interpret tests.You may have been on meds that interfere with the testing. This is all I do and happy to do consult.
