No: It's the way the gum tissue healed or there may be some bone loss in that area. Speak to your surgeon.

Time: Give it time to heal, can be very normal. If no improvement after 2-3 weeks, see the surgeon. Good Luck.

Be patient: Some bone grafts for dental implants take longer to heal than others. Most bone grafts are ready for dental implants 3-4 months after the surgery. Some will need 6-8 months.
