Normal phenomenon : It's usually considered that enough gum tissue healing has taken place by days 7 through 10 and stitches can be removed. Epithelium at the wound periphery grows over the surface of the organizing clot and bone graft. Radiographic evidence of real bone formation does not become apparent until the sixth to eighth weeks. Final healing is 4-6 month.

Extraction and graft: Grafting of a tooth socket immediately after an extraction is the ideal time to do this. Some of the graft particles do loosen from the clot and can be seen in the small hole over the graft. Not to worry. Call your surgeon to ask about any other complications that may occur. But this healing sound ok so far to me.
