It is something: to watch. I believe it is quite common for those with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome to have a narrow pulse pressure. A normal pulse pressure--the difference between systolic and diastolic BP--is considered to be around 40. Higher pulse pressures often indicate cardiac dysfunction. The lower pulse pressure in POTS probably comes from frequent low systolic pressures to start with.
