My daughter 15, has suspected pots, ive noticed recently when she tells me or i notice her symptoms of her breathing fast or her pulse is fast our family dog puts his head on her leg just above the knee, does this mean he can sense it or coincidence?

There really is no way to know if the dog is doing that because he senses a problem or he is just doing it to show his affection. Does he only do this when she is having an issue or does he do it at other times, when there is no issue? If he does it at other times, it is more likely to be a show of affection. Good luck!
