I used a tampon for the first time, i use a pad normally, and after taking it out and returning back to using pads after one night it hasn't come back?

Give it time: You can expect some change in your menstrual flow after switching from tampoons to pads. If no period bleeding is appreciated after 5-7 days, check urine to rule out pregnancy. Good luck
