Which bug bites (~30 on legs) other than ticks' can cause bullseye rash 2 weeks later? i went camping and these bites never itched nor hurt.

Bites: It would be unusual to have 30 bites and not notice a tick. A bullseye rash is very suggestive of bites by a tick. See your doctor and if there is a possibility of tick bites be treated. They are very prevalent this year. All the best.
