Not Lyme: The fact that you have a persistently pruritic (itchy) scar from a previous tick bite, does not indicate that you were infected with Lyme Disease. Try 1% hydrocortisone cream. If no improvement see you clinician. If tic was on you less than three days and not antibiotic engourged, then treatment was not indicated.
