I am on prednisone for 5 days, will my symptoms of cervical stenosis start up again, had pain go down arm, and arm still hurts, many muscle spasms.

You need to : Follow up with your doctor. The cervical stenosis can cause the problems you describe. It's possible the prednisone is simply not working. Perhaps a cervical collar would help?
