Can cervical stenosis 8 mm cause irritation explaining why symptoms of intermittent muscle twitches felt all over including calfs/sensory sensations?

Cervical stenosis: Yes. The nerve fibers in the spinal cord travel from the neck down to the back and into the legs. The medical term is cervical myelopathy. People with this problem often complain of cramps in legs at night, numbness in the hands, and difficulty with urinary retention.
