See your physician: Intermittent muscle twitching all over are not likely to be caused by cervical stenosis. That would only affect arms and hands. It could be due to a medicine, to a body chemical abnormality (calcium level, for example) or anxiety. In any case, you need to have it evaluated by your physician to find and treat the cause.
