Dang nub-it.: Trim any loose nail. Apply topical antibiotic and a Band-Aid. You will have to change the dressing for several days. Eventually the raw or exposed tissue will toughen up and a protective bandage will not be needed. Be patient and the nail will slowly return to normal.

JUST MAKE SURE: THE BROKEN PART DOESNT GET CAUGHT ON A SOCK AND RIP OFF. YOU CAN PUT A BANDAID OVER THE TOENAIL TO PROTECT IT.
