125# is good: 125 pounds is considered an ideal weight for a 5 foot woman, but slightly higher weights are acceptable with aging. Each person is different, however, and ideal weight varies with distribution of body fat and muscularity. Recent studies suggest that exercise and diet may be more important to good health than "ideal weight" vs "mildly overweight" in mature individuals. Good health to you!
