A 46-year-old female asked:
I have a mild pain in my left inner thigh , a little numbness on foot as well, no other symptoms, no injury. last week i've been laying down in bed most of the time because i've been sick, can this be the cause of the pain?

It's possible that a bulging disc in the lower vertebrae pressed on a nerve root causing some thigh discomfort and the foot numbness. I would give this a week or so after being up and about to resolve before seeing your physician or a neurologist.
