Stop Using Oxycodone: Without second guessing the doctor who prescribed you this highly potent pain management drug, intended for management of chronic pain, I recommend discontinuing its use. Surgery in the mouth can be painful, however, healing is rapid and pain should be minimal after 3-7 days depending on the type of surgery. There are many OTC meds and other Rx meds that will help.
