You can't: Your body has its own timetable for eliminating medications, whether prescribed or not. There are no ways to hurry this. Generally oxycodone would be detectable in your urine for 3-4 days. Hoping you see a dentist soon, for your toothache.

Toothache: Contact your dentist as soon as possible to evaluate cause of pain. Delay will cause swelling/infection. A dental radiograph will be taken to aid in the diagnosis. You may need a antibiotic now. Good luck.
