Small red cells: You may have a minor thalassemia variant. Just watch the platelets; they're a bit low. If all the formed elements on the smear were normal, I'd just follow up in perhaps six months, or less in the unlikely event that you notice a bleeding tendency.

What does it mean RDW for SRS 14.9% (11.5-14.5), platelet 428 (140-400), RBC 5.01 (3.8-5.2), MCV 84 (80-100). These results fell out of normal range.
