Out of context: The meaning of a lab result frequently depends on the other labs obtained with it, the reason they were obtained, and the history/physical of the person the blood came from. Results presented here are part of a complete blood count. RDW is a measure of distribution of sizes of the red blood cells. Platelet count is mildly elevated - but inflammation can do this. Full picture would be needed.

Results are normal: all those numbers refer to different aspects of your blood cells. Their size, their number etc. the only number that is abnormal, and barely at that, is your platelet count, which can be slightly elevated for a number of benign reasons. I would not worry about anything I see there.
