Seriously sick: Chances are that you are seriously iron deficient and must not only have it treated but the cause found. It's stomach or colon cancer until proved otherwise. Please get back with your physician or some other competent caregiver and insist on a full explanation and workup.

What does it mean when your RBC count is high, hemoglobin, hematocrit, absolute eosinophils, mcv, mch, mchc are low and the RDW and platelet count high?
