Probably not: more likely your symptoms are GI or musculoskeletal in nature, if going by the odds. Why? Because of the description of your symptoms, your young age, and your gender. Statistically speaking it's unlikely to be a heart attack. Nonetheless, if symptoms persist then a good idea to go get checked out
