Relax!: At 19, the likelihood that yo have serious disease is small. My guess from your description of symptoms, is you had acid get into your esophagus. This made you panic, which caused you to breathe harder, your heart to race, and hyperventilation symptoms to start. Unfortunately, i can't tell for sure with the limited information and lack of exam. Make appointment with your doctor to discuss.
