Therapy can help: Especially if there is weakness in the flexors of the elbow and pronators of the elbow. If I detect weakness in these areas I will recommend therapy. But if patient is unwilling, I do not. Need to have motivated patient for therapy to be successful. Best of luck with this. Dr R
