Running method: The cause may be your running method or your running equipment or course. I'd recommend getting evaluated by a running expert to evaluate ways to decrease strain on your calf muscle and heel cord during your runs. Of course, hydration, sleep, stretching and nutrition is important, but if this is chronic, please get evaluated. Hope this helps!
