Unclear picture: I'm a little unclear- you are having discharge coming out of your skin from the top of your nose when you plug your nostrils??? That's extremely unusual and best to be seen, examined, and treated by an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) physician as soon as possible. Best wishes.
