I have bright red blood in the top of both nostrils not a nose bleed nothing is coming out but if i put toilet paper up my nose it is full of bright red /pinky blood im at the docters next week but just looking for advice what it couod be ?

The inner nasal membranes are filled with fine capillaries that add humidity to dry air you breathe to protect the lung. If you traumatize the nose with this habit, expect to see blood. Eventually you will scar the tissue. Leave it alone and it will heal.
