Hard to say: without seeing the lesion(s). It could be a form of bacterial vestibulitis(inflammation of the nasal vestibule) and a trial of over-the-counter antibiotic ointment like Neosporin may not be unreasonable. Remember it could also, but less like, be herpes related. If it's getting progressively more painful or spreading seek an inperson evaluation.
